Hello Everyone, How you guys doing?
Today, I would like to tell you a beautiful story of my youth. About 40 years ago, in 1984 my dad gave me a present: my first custom windsurfing board! For me it was one of the best boards I’ve ever had in those years, the design was one of the best in that time. I used that board at least 5 or 6 years!
It was, thinking back today, the most beautiful and perfect gift of my life, because since then I have never stopped doing windsurf and any other water sports! I built a career around this passion and for this I am grateful to my parents and to that precious gift.
At that time, my parents worked a lot and didn’t have much time so, almost every day, they drove me to Marghera (the Industrial-Harbor zone of Venice) and there, between cargo ships, waves, polluted waters and wind, I spent every single afternoon of my youth. In the cold of winter, in the heat of summer, I was there, always with my old good friends. First to honor this beautiful memory and then, also because I love the ’80s graphics, I wanted to reproduce the same graphics on my Carve Mini Pro Prototype. What do you think?
