The Starbuster AERO is not just a race board — it’s an unconventional leap forward in aerodynamic design.
Every detail — from shape and volume to sizing — has been carefully developed over the course of a year through extensive on-water testing and wind tunnel analysis.

Under the expert direction of Jeremiah McDonald, we’ve preserved the defining features of the 2025 model while pushing performance even further. The Starbuster AERO has been completely reimagined, with a new shape and construction focused on reducing drag, allowing riders to reach higher speeds on larger boards.

Our mission was clear: create a board with flawless aerodynamics, capable of meeting the extreme demands of modern racing. With a significantly improved air penetration coefficient, the AERO maximises upwind performance.

We take a step back to the sailing heritage wingfoiling emerged from. The flat nose and recessed deck work together to channel airflow smoothly across the board’s nose, passing above much of the deck and footstraps, dramatically reducing unnecessary drag.

Built for elite racers who demand nothing but the best, the Starbuster AERO is produced in a limited edition using ultra-durable, high-performance materials for long-lasting rigidity and responsiveness.

This board has no speed limits — the only limit is the rider.

Construction & Materials:

• Full PVC sandwich construction

• Deck: Biaxial Carbon 120g + 125g Carbon UD

• Bottom: Biaxial Carbon 120g + 178g Carbon UD (reinforced box area)

• Deck reinforcements: Carbon UD 125g and 178g in high-stress zones

• Core: EPS 15 kg/m³

• 3mm PVC 75 kg/m³ HD bottom and deck

• Full Deep Tuttle Box with 7.2mm depth

• 3mm EVA deck pad with diamond groove and 3M adhesive

• Opaque and UV-resistant transparent clear coat finish to preserve original color over time

• Choose from 194 different color options

• Fully customizable board design with a variety of template options

• Approximate weight: 3.7 kg (63L) up to 5.3 kg (103L)

• Includes a special rear strap
